This is a personalised item therefore our returns policy is as follows. Any faults reported within 5 days of receipt may be considered faulty and will be replaced depending on reported fault. Any faults reported outwith this will be deemed wear and tear. Pop sockets are used daily and naturally come into contact as much as your phone does. They are not invincible so please treat them with love and care. 🤍 We do not offer refunds on pop sockets because you have changed your mind or because you tried to unstick it and it broke (yes- we can tell!)
