This is a personalised item therefore our returns policy is as follows. Any faults reported within 5 days of receipt may be considered faulty and may be replaced depending on what is faulty. Any faults reported outwith this will be deemed wear and tear especially as this is an item you may store away until December and will be around children. The infill should be kept away from children and pets to avoid damage. We do not offer refunds on personalised items because you have changed your mind.
