This is a personalised item therefore our returns policy is as follows. Any faults reported within 5 days of receipt may be considered faulty and may be replaced. Any faults reported outwith this will be deemed wear and tear. Pop sockets are used daily and naturally come into contact as much as your phone does. They are not invincible so please treat them with love and care. 🤍 We do not offer refunds on pop sockets because you have changed your mind or because you decided you don't like where you placed it and broke it forcefully trying to un-stick it (yup- we've had people try claim a replacement before due to this!) Please be honest.
