This is a personalised item therefore our returns policy is as follows. Any faults reported within 5 days of receipt may be considered faulty and will be replaced if fault meets criteria. Any faults reported outwith this will be deemed wear and tear. These are not invincible so please treat them with love and care. 🤍 We do not offer refunds on wallet cards because you have changed your mind or did not see that the photo is printed in black and white.
