SHIPPING
Different items have different turnaround times. Our scratch reveals/tickets will be dispatched within 1 working day when ordered by 3pm. Any other item has a 3-5 day turnaround which can be slightly more during busier periods such as Christmas so please be prepared and always order with plenty of time! Standard shipping is by Royal Mail 2nd class to keep costs for our customers low and accessible. Express shipping is now available which has a delivery estimate of 1-3 working days.
Please note- shipping estimate and delivery are NOT the same thing! Please take both into consideration when selecting the appropriate shipping method for your purchase, especially when gifting for an occasion. We will not be held responsible for items that didn't arrive on time due to human error in calculating this.
We also offer local delivery to the Inverclyde area! This costs £2 to cover petrol and will mean that your order will be delivered on a Wednesday or Sunday between 1pm and 6pm with turnaround much quicker than postage via Royal Mail. If there is an alternative day that suits you and it is not available, please include this in order notes when checking out and we will see what we can do. We do not currently deliver before 1pm.

Please wait 2 working days after your delivery estimate has passed out of courtesy before contacting us as sometimes Royal Mail does have delays that are outwith our control once we pass your order over to them, especially during busier months. If this courtesy period has passed, please contact us through the form below and one of our team will reply to you within 1 working day to help.
